Hi, I'm Teresa, your dedicated neighborhood Realtor who helps people buy and sell homes. A lifelong resident of the Spokane area, I've spent 38 wonderful years with my husband, raising our family and enjoying the charm of the South Spokane area to include Mica and Valleyford. I find joy in turning dreams into reality, helping people find not just a house, but a place they can truly call home. I bring strong negotiation skills, help sellers prepare their homes for listing, and guide them through every step of the selling process to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
